What Is The Billing Cycle?
Your billling cycle starts the day you subscribe to a plan, and will be billed monthly/yearly on that day for the following month/year until you cancel.
What Is Your Refund Policy?
Due to the massive amount of data we continuously collect for your keywords and projects refunds are only allowed within the first 3 days of your original sign-up. Please note: A partial refunds may occur if a lot of resources were used during the 3 day period.
How Are Cancellation Handled?
You are responsible for canceling your subscription before the beginning of the billing cycle in order to not get billed. Subscription cancellations take effect on the last day of your billing cycle. You will have full access to your projects and account until the end of your billing cycle.
Cancellations are handled by customer support. Please click on the in-app messaging icon in the bottom right corner of your interface (red circle chat button) and request your cancellation there if you need to cancel. A customer support rep will confirm with you that your cancellation went through. We make the process as easy and simple as possible.
