Google Testing With CTR
A long long time ago, Ryan McLaughlin came across something interesting in the SERPs. He discovered that Google was testing a page's CTR (Click-Thur Rate) to see whether that pages was worth of ranking higher.
Mr. McLaughlin went on to write a guest blogpost at SERPWoo, but we couldn't publish it, at the time. It was deemed too controversial.

Controversy #2. A single URL can rank multiple times within a keyword's Google search results WITHOUT either being a part of the feature snippet or special data; straight organic: 1 URL having multiple positions.
